E-Learning for Peacekeepers from Latin America and the Caribbean (ELPLAC) makes Peace Operations Training Institute distance courses on peacekeeping available free of charge for all military, police, and gendarmerie personnel who are citizens of Latin American and Caribbean nations. Through ELPLAC, these students may enrol on-line, download their study materials, submit their End-of-Course Examinations, and, upon passing, receive their Certificates of Completion.
